This one-night experience includes glimpses into original designs, concepts, branding, and business ideas related to The Magician Lounge—a project in active development.
To protect the creative and strategic elements shared with you, we kindly ask that you agree to the following:
WHAT YOU'RE AGREEING TO:
1. Confidentiality: You agree not to copy, share, post, or reuse any materials or concepts you encounter—whether it’s visual branding, business strategy, performances, or environmental design—without written permission from the creator.
2. No Public Disclosure: That includes social media, public forums, or private discussions where confidential information may be repeated.
3. Personal Use Only: Tonight’s experience is for your enjoyment and to consider supporting The Magician as a future venue in Rochester. No part may be reused or developed elsewhere without permission.
4. No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to replicate, pitch, or adapt any part of what you experience tonight into your own projects or businesses.
DURATION:
This agreement is valid for 2 years from the date you sign it.
WHO IT COVERS:
This agreement is made between you (the invited guest) and The Magician Lounge, LLC, owned and operated by Ryan Ilgi.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
After you accept this agreement, you’ll be shown the private details of the event—location, time, dress vibe, and an option to pre-select your cocktail experience.
If you’re unable to comply with these terms, we kindly ask that you do not proceed further into the invitation.
ACCEPTANCE:
By filling in your information, checking the acceptance box, and providing the date and your digital signature, you agree to keep the contents of this preview confidential, and to respect the originality of this work.
