Event Experiences
All ticket sales for The Magician Lounge events are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets may not be returned, exchanged, or canceled. If an event is postponed or canceled by us, guests will be notified and provided with updated options.
Investments & Contributions
All investments, sponsorships, or support contributions made to The Magician Lounge are non-refundable. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge that these funds are final and cannot be returned.
Merchandise
If merchandise is offered through our website, items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Digital Product Policy (Tickets & Add-Ons)
Some of our offerings are delivered as “digital products” at checkout. These items include downloadable files, such as tarot card–style tickets or proof of purchase, which serve as confirmation for your in-person experience. Please note: you are not purchasing the digital file itself, but rather the live event or service it represents.
All such purchases are non-refundable once completed.
