Ryan Ilgi
With a background in retail entrepreneurship, bartending, and production design with TV & Film, Ryan brings expertise in inventory, team management, financial oversight, and creating immersive experiences. A native of Rochester and a proud LGBTQ+ community member, he understands the local nightlife scene and its evolving needs. Ryan’s diverse skills make him the perfect leader to deliver an upscale, inclusive atmosphere through The Magician’s pop-up experiences—crafted with LGBTQ+ pride and open to all who crave something extraordinary.
